Introduction to
Raja Yoga Meditation

Seven foundational lessons exploring meditation, the self, the Supreme, karma, inner powers, and the art of living well.

Understanding Myself
Lesson 1 of 7

Understanding Myself

The True Identity of the Self

We must be more than what we can see. Our bodies grow old and eventually die — but who am I, really?

This first lesson offers insights into the true identity of the self and practice in how to experience this — the first step to meditation.

When we recognise ourselves as souls rather than bodies, we begin to live from a place of quiet inner power rather than reacting to the world around us.

"The soul is the source of all goodness — calm, loving, and free."

Understanding the Supreme
Lesson 2 of 7

Understanding the Supreme

Connecting with Infinite Energy

We are beings of light energy and each one is unique. There is a Supreme Intelligence, and this all-powerful energy is accessible to everyone.

In this session we show how to develop your own special relationship with the Supreme Being and how to begin to receive all the love and spiritual power you wish.

This connection requires no intermediary, no ritual, and no payment — just an open heart and a few quiet moments.

"When you connect with the Supreme, you connect with your best self."

Meditation Practice
Lesson 3 of 7

Meditation Practice

Deepening the Experience

This session brings all the understanding gathered throughout the course into a deepened meditation practice.

Because of the knowledge accumulated in each session, the meditation can be longer and richer. It is guided by the teacher, with space to ask all remaining questions.

Here the knowledge becomes lived experience — transforming what you understand in the mind into something you feel in the soul.

"Meditation is not an escape — it is the return to yourself."

Inner Powers
Lesson 4 of 7

Inner Powers

The Seven Core Strengths

The soul has many powers. There are seven core powers we can learn to strengthen, just as we strengthen muscles through exercise.

The power to withdraw, to pack up wasteful thinking, to accommodate others, to discriminate the subtle, to judge and make decisions, to face our obstacles, to co-operate, and to tolerate.

The stronger these powers become, the more they are there to help us in every situation we face.

"Your strength is not earned — it is who you already are."
